Toyota ERC Code Generator

ERC Calculator is a utility app designed to help vehicle owners retrieve the correct ERC radio code when their car audio or navigation system becomes locked after a battery disconnect or power loss.
The app works by calculating the ERC code from the 16-character code displayed on the radio or navigation screen. Once the correct code is entered manually on the device, normal radio and media functions can be restored according to the manufacturer’s system design.

How to find the ERC code on your device:
1. Press and hold the main button on your navigation unit.
2. Turn the parking lights on and off 3–4 times until a service screen appears.
3. Press the active button on the screen to view the 16-character ERC code.
Important Notes:
• The ERC code is different from the serial number printed on the radio unit.
• This app does not bypass security systems or modify hardware.
• The app only assists in calculating radio codes where permitted.
• You must be the legal owner of the vehicle to use this app.
