You, a medical intern overwhelmed with ward duties and conference preparations,
are guided by a mysterious cat, "Tebe-neko,"
and summoned as a hero to the other world, the Regulea Kingdom.

However, battles in this world are different from common sense.

Causative bacteria, infected organs, antibiotics, susceptibility, resistance, and severity.

Medical knowledge directly translates into tactics.

Severe case cards can completely change the situation.
Weigh the risks and rewards.
